2015 Browns State Tournament: Dillan Wallace named Team SA MVP
A Grade Centre Dillan Wallace was named team South Australia's Most Valuable Player during the
recent Jim Brown Championships. The Tournament featured for the first time since 2008 all hockey
states and territories including A.C.T, Team SA also recorded their first away trip win since that year in
New Castle, gaining wins over A.C.T and NSW in the round robin. Unfortunately team SA lost the
Bronze medal match against QLD 3-1.
Wallace featured as the teams go to centreman and left little doubt that he would named the teams
most valuable player. Fellow Redwing Bill Newbound also made the team and was named as an
Alternate Captain.
